About Me
Stephanie is currently accepting new clients
Stephanie is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern with a deep passion for supporting high-achieving individuals through the complexities of identity, performance, and personal transitions. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and teens involved in dance, sports, and other high-performance environments, as well as ambitious women navigating the demands of business, leadership, and family planning.
Her clinical approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and movement-informed techniques to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and mental resilience. Stephanie is particularly attuned to the mental health needs of those whose identities are closely tied to achievement, performance, or perfectionism.
In addition to her work with youth and performers, Stephanie has a strong interest in supporting women navigating non-traditional family planning journeys, including adoption, IVF, and surrogacy. She offers a compassionate, affirming space for individuals processing the emotional complexities, grief, identity shifts, and decision-making involved in these experiences.
Stephanie believes that healing and growth happen when clients feel empowered to explore their authentic selves in a safe and supportive environment.
