About Career Counseling
Career counseling is a form of brief counseling meant to provide guidance in choosing, changing, or leaving a career at any stage of life. It can be stressful and scary to consider any of these options, especially when all you know is you’re unhappy in your field and want to make a shift in your path.

Your career can be one of the most significant components of your adult life and being satisfied with your path is something our clinicians are able and willing to assist you in moving towards. If you choose to seek out career counseling, your counselor may help you explore what you enjoy doing, find fulfilling, values, among other areas related to career satisfaction.
Your counselor may employ career-related assessments, such as the Strong Interest Inventory or the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and link these to how they may contribute to career satisfaction. For more information about our career counseling services, please contact our office.
