About Me
Olivia is currently accepting new clients.
Welcome! I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey toward greater well-being. I work with adults experiencing wide-ranging challenges, with a particular focus on women navigating chronic health issues (like autoimmune diseases or PMDD), stress, burnout, anxiety, or neurodivergence (like ADHD and autism). From personal and clinical experience, I recognize you may feel like you can’t keep up, or like others don’t understand your experience in work, relationships, or daily life. You begin to question yourself or feel discouraged. But you are not alone, and it is possible to have more ease and self-understanding and appreciation.

Using an integrative approach, including person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and other modalities, we will work collaboratively toward your specific goals, while learning to cultivate self-compassion and acceptance. These skills will support you in shaping the life you want.
No matter what brings you to therapy, I will meet you where you are. Together, we will co-create a supportive space to tap into your strengths and create the life you deserve. While growth can feel uncomfortable, you are capable. Know that you are already taking a courageous step! Reach out, and let’s explore what’s next.
