About Me

I work with adults who are struggling with a range of concerns, such as anxiety, negative self- talk, low mood, overwhelm, relational difficulties, or low self-esteem. These concerns may overlap with neurodivergence—such as ADHD—that leaves you mired in shame, with your stomach in knots and your mind going non-stop. Or maybe you manage chronic health
challenges—like an autoimmune condition, chronic pain, or women’s health condition like PMDD—that makes it harder to navigate daily life, even if it isn’t visible to others. As someone who has personal and professional experience with some of these challenges, I know it can feel painful and isolating when you are trying to keep it together on the outside, yet you feel like you’re falling apart on the inside—but you are not alone, and you are in the right place to get support.

We may work well together if you have a high level of self-awareness but continue to feel stuck, experience burnout, or struggle to follow through on your goals. I currently see clients in Maryland as a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, practicing under the supervision of Jessica Rice. I completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George
Washington University.

I use an integrative approach, incorporating modalities such as psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative therapy. In all aspects of our work together, I will support you in developing self-acceptance and self-compassion. I believe these are key practices for sustainable change and enduring wellbeing, that help empower you to live a life you find meaningful.

Together, we will:

  • -Explore patterns that persist in your life, to develop insight, clarity, and skills to make the changes you long for.

  •  Get curious about how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you to uncover your stuck points and experiment with new perspectives.

  • Explore the mind-body connection to understand how past experiences impact your nervous system, and how to facilitate greater flexibility to expand your capacity to cope with stressors and more fully experience the joys of life.

It takes courage to seek support, but we are not meant to go it alone! I encourage you to reach
out to schedule a consultation call. I look forward to connecting with you.
