Cynthia Wang, LGPC

About Me

At this time, Cynthia is accepting clients on a waitlist only.

Cynthia is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Washington University under the supervision of Jessica Rice. She is able to see clients in the District of Columbia. She supports clients navigating adjustments and transitions in life, anxiety and stress, career identity/exploration, grief and loss, relational trauma, and social/cultural issues.

Cynthia’s approach to therapy is collaborative, strength-based, solution-focused, and trauma-sensitive. She also integrates movement, mindfulness, and narrative storytelling into the therapy space as it relates to your needs and level of interest.

In sessions together, you will find Cynthia striving to meet wherever you are in your walk of life. She is present-centered and holds a space that fosters a sense of openness, vulnerability, and empowerment.

Cynthia can provide therapy in both English and Mandarin.
