About Me
Cynthia’s approach to therapy is collaborative, strength-based, solution-focused, and trauma- sensitive. She supports clients navigating adjustments and transitions in life, anxiety and stress, career identity exploration, grief and loss, relational trauma, and social/cultural issues.

Experienced in holistic care incorporating mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and narrative building. Cynthia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Washington University. She is able to see clients in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
Cynthia is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher and is able to see clients for private yoga
sessions. Cynthia provides services in English and Mandarin.
