About Me
Anagha is currently accepting new clients on a WAITLIST only
As a queer, neurodivergent, first-generation immigrant, I developed a deep understanding of the nuances of identity, culture, and the self from an early age, inspiring a curiosity in stories and storytelling. My passion for connection and communication is informed by lived and professional experiences as well as an ongoing journey of understanding intersectional and multicultural identities. My holistic and trauma-informed practice centers the marginalized within systems of oppression and reflects a commitment to liberation. This two-pronged approach to talk therapy involves exploring the self and allowing you to find healing through non-linear growth—if and when you are ready for change.
Whether you’re struggling to cope with stress and trauma or managing a lifelong healing journey, I would be honored to partner with you in this work. I offer you my curiosity, compassion and communication with authenticity and directness. I seek to make space for honest and vulnerable dialogue through transparency and flexibility. I hope to connect with you and explore your relationship with your mind, body, emotions, spirit and self by offering psychoeducation, perspective and a place to start.
I also offer one-on-one yoga instruction to promote a culturally-sensitive practice of an ancient, Eastern philosophy that invites us in as we are and meets us where we are. I provide trauma-informed yoga instruction for those seeking to develop a strong foundation in the practice of yoga. Whether you are new to yoga or a long-time yogi, I can help you build a personal practice that is accessible and sustainable.
TL;DR I provide trauma-informed talk therapy using a holistic, systems-based approach and mindfulness-based techniques to explore the self and promote non-linear growth. Also, I teach yoga.
