About Me

Grace is a warm and dedicated therapist who utilizes an eclectic approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and experiential therapy. With a deep understanding of human development and how early bonding experiences shape interpersonal relationships, Grace helps both individuals and couples explore and heal the patterns that emerge from their attachment styles.

Grace prioritizes building trust and rapport with her clients, understanding that a safe, collaborative relationship is essential for meaningful change. Using a person-centered approach and a systemic lens, she tailors her work to the unique needs of each individual or couple, ensuring that they feel seen and heard in the therapeutic process.

Grace has experience working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and personality disorders. She also works with couples to improve communication, emotional connection, and relationship satisfaction. Through her integrative style, Grace helps clients explore their stories, develop coping skills, and achieve personal and relational growth.

Grace is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in the District of Columbia. She has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from Belmont University.
