I am a Master of Social Work (MSW) candidate at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Before entering the field of social work, I worked in the environmental sector, helping communities build meaningful connections with the natural world around them. My approach to therapy is strengths-based and person-centered, rooted in the belief that you already hold the tools for growth and my role is to help you discover and use them.
