About Me

Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing stress, or seeking to improve depression, anxiety, OCD, and unhealthy thinking patterns that make life feel overwhelming, you don't have to navigate it alone. I specialize in working with adults who are facing stress, anxiety, grief, anger, and challenges in interpreting social or emotional cues. Through virtual therapy, I help clients gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and feel more confident and connected in their lives. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel motivated to make meaningful changes on your terms and at your own pace

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Multicultural Therapy. My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we’ll challenge negative thought patterns, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced life.

While my counseling career is still developing, I’m no stranger to life’s complexities. My background includes years as an Occupational Therapy Practitioner in mental health, where I helped people develop practical skills for daily living. I also hold an MBA, which allows me to connect with clients navigating personal and professional challenges across a wide range of life experiences.

Clients often leave therapy feeling more empowered in their decisions, better equipped to manage their emotions, and more compassionate toward themselves. I tailor our work together to meet your unique needs, at your own pace, with respect and empathy. Whether you're facing a major life change or working through long-standing challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you as you create meaningful, lasting change.
